  1. Hi! I just stumbled across your blog today as I was searching for kitchen backsplash ideas. I saw your most recent post listing all the house projects you have for the different areas of your home, and my first thought was “Yay! Here’s someone else who still has stuff to do in most areas of her house!” My husband and I tend to tackle many projects at once, and we tend to work in multiple areas of the house at the same time. I don’t think we have ever worked on only one space until it was completely done – which is how I imagine most people do it. Anyway, I have enjoyed seeing your projects. We bought an old home (1939) a little less than two years ago, and we have had some similar renovation projects. I love the baking soda paint removal suggestion for hardware – genius! I have some that I will need to try that with. Take care!

    1. Hi, Amy!! Thank you for the comment, I am glad we are not the only ones that have a lot of remodeling left to do… I loved your pictures of your home. I wish I had a fireplace to give it a facelift too. Good luck with all your projects and I love what you have done so far!!!
